Audio performance – owner’s observations

Following the modification, the speakers deliver a smoother sound in the midrange—whereas previously the mids were quite harsh—while maintaining excellent clarity and definition; the low-end response has also been extended. An adjustable curve in the 7–12 kHz range allows for switching between the original and new settings, offering a choice between a sharper high-end or a flat response—a feature that proves highly beneficial when dealing with acoustically challenging rooms or venues.

Post-modification, the speakers offer a much more balanced sound across the entire frequency spectrum; for live sound reinforcement, this means delivering authentic, undistorted audio, which significantly simplifies the job.
