We process only the data you voluntarily enter into the contact form “Are you interested in modifying your device?”:

  • Name and surname: necessary for addressing you and identifying the inquiry.

  • E-mail and telephone: necessary for contacting you and processing your request.

  • Note: any additional information about the device that you provide to us.

The purpose of processing is the preparation of a quote and communication regarding the modification of your device based on your inquiry (pre-contractual relations).

3. Data processing and storage method

Your personal data is not stored in this website’s database. Upon submission of the form, the data is sent directly to our address via email to process your inquiry. Access to the data is restricted to authorized personnel of the Data Controller.

4. Retention period

We retain your data only for the time necessary to process your request, up to a maximum of 12 months, unless a contract is concluded or specific regulations (e.g., accounting laws) require a longer retention period.

5. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to request access to your data, as well as its correction, deletion, or a restriction on processing. You also have the right to object to the processing. You may submit your requests in writing to the Data Controller’s registered office address.

6. reCAPTCHA protection

This site is protected by Google’s reCAPTCHA technology to prevent abuse of the form by bots. In this regard, Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
